The Factions of Sweat City
Sweat City is controlled by three warring factions.
The Nitro Gang, bikers and stunt men with a base at the Port.
Viper Squadron, ex-military who run the Oil Refinery and the abandoned Military Base.
The Shadow Empire, ruthless business owners who control the Banks, Museums, and Arcades
