Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination between teams, maintaining operational workflows, and driving efficiency across our projects.

Leveraging emerging Creator platforms, they deliver fresh games to millions, including five titles on Unreal Engine for Fortnite and Premium Mods for ARK: Survival Ascended. Through their Creator Label program, they empower independent makers to craft and share high-quality UGC experiences. Supported by investors like Bandai Namco, Overwolf, and Hasbro, Look North World stands out with innovative IP collaborations and experimental content.
This role is anticipated to be a remote work position open to most countries in North and South America.
Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in operations workflows and implement solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
Budget Management: Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and Accounts Receivable.
Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth operational on-boarding, invoicing, and payments.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze data to evaluate operational performance and propose actionable strategies.
Documentation: Maintain clear records of processes, policies, and project progress.
Project Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to Executives, HR, Marketing, and Producers as needed.
Qualifications
Industry Experience: 2+ years of operations management experience, with at least 1 year in the video games industry (preferred).
Remote Work Proficiency: Demonstrated success working remotely and managing distributed teams.
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with workflows, tools, and platforms (e.g., Notion, Google Docs, etc.).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
